1. Seller

The webshop is operated by Bergasports. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected.

Product images are indicative; colours may vary between screens.

3. Order and contract

The contract is formed after our confirmation (email or phone). We may refuse an order if an item is out of stock, details are incomplete, or we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payment methods are listed at checkout and on the payment methods page.

5. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands (and Belgium where indicated). Estimated delivery times are on the product page and under shipping and delivery.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, in line with the law and our returns policy — see returns.

7. Complaints

For non-conforming or damaged products: contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

You may also file a complaint with the consumer dispute body or via the EU ODR platform.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logo) is protected. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes by mutual agreement.
